Assurance Program terms
The Pena Bender Assurance Program is a satisfaction guarantee, honored by vehicle exchange. Exchange within 72 hours and under 300 miles, on pre-owned vehicles. Your purchase price is credited toward the replacement; if the replacement costs more you pay the difference, if it costs less the difference is credited. The vehicle must be returned in the condition it was delivered in: non-warranty repairs at or above a set threshold make it ineligible; below that, the repair estimate is deducted from the credit. If the original transaction included an over-allowance on a trade, the difference between the allowance and actual cash value is deducted from the credit. The replacement vehicle is subject to credit approval; approval on one vehicle does not guarantee approval on another. One exchange per customer per 12 months. In-stock vehicles only. Fleet, commercial, special-order and upfitted vehicles excluded, as are vehicles used for livery, taxi or delivery, vehicles acquired through this program, and any vehicle with non-factory accessories fitted after delivery.
